I just got a
new job that will require me to move. One hitch...I have a 2nd mortgage w/ Citifinancial Mortgage.
About 4 months ago they purchased our mortgage and it got off to a rough start...they "misplaced" 3 months worth of punctual payments and were breathing down my neck to pay them the
money again. Naturally I refused, and they eventually found the payments. I thought about refinancing at that time (and should have). Since they found out they screwed up and I proved it to them that they had the payments...what do they do to reward me for being correct? They report me to all 3
credit bureaus and really hammered my credit!
