citifinancial for almost a week w/o getting through on their 1800phone number.
I have email access too, but no response to questions to my email address.
I guess I will have to send payments by post office overnite....? What is going on???? Not a happy customer and this is just the tip of the iceberg with Citifinancial Mortgage. We have other issues too.
Does anyone at Citifinancial really know anything?
I have concern for anyone wanting to finance with this corporation. If I hear from them today, or can get through to a representative, I will gladly change my remarks. Thanks

I had a very nice lady that taked with me and actually answered my questions and gave me some advice. To bad citifinancial mortgage can't handle thier own business and dael with thier costumers with their mortgage concerns |
